Mr Oshinleye Adebowale Abiola took the Mantle of leadership in the year 2016, He is not just a lecturer at Ogun State Institute Of Technology but a mentor to students and his colleague's at work.

Oshinleye Adebowale is populary known as SP for his strong zeal and determinations in politics during his tenure as the SUG speaker of Lagos State University. He fought for students' right and confronted the former Governor of lagos State cheif Bola Tinubu for the well being of  Studentship..

4. During his tenure of the office of the speaker when lagos State Government increased their tutuion fee from TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY NAIRA to TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND NARIA, SP was among the first liners of the protest and was later locked up by Ex Governor of Lagos State Abiola Tinubu.

7. He had his teaching experience as a Part- Time Lecturer in Lagos State University and Littiral University, Benin Republic.

8. He is a vibrant and articulate lecturer in the department of Public Administration, that he was awarded the best Grammarian Lecturer on the 5th of feb. 2021 at NAPADS AWARD DAY. led by Comrade Afolabi Stephen Olasunkanmi (STIGGA) Team vison 2020 Excos 2019/2020.
